Matching you with the right BPO Company
We do this by understanding your business, campaign requirements, goals and expectations, technology requirements, and any prior outsource worked.
We assess the gathered information and run a scorecard, sorting out BPO partners to see which ones rank highest and appear to best match your needs. Then we send a proposal that reflects our top three recommendations.
When you’ve read through the recommendations and agree to move forward, we’ll setup your initial call. All partners will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This is the time you can get to know the partners and, don’t worry, we are still on the call to help facilitate it.
Following your call(s), you and your partner(s) will assume control and sign service agreement and statement of work. The process of getting your campaign launched follows.
StratAccess will remain in communication with you to make sure everything is going well. We will keep open lines of communication with you to facilitate changes, answer any questions, and make sure your relationship with your partner is working well. We are your best advocate.
